Shipping / Processing
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
We process orders Monday through Friday (10:00am - 6:00pm est) in the order which they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment within 1-3 business days. If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about your order or need to change an something, please email us at email@example.com. If your order is missing an item, contains a damaged product, or you have any other concerns, please contact us within seven days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number available.
Exchanges / Returns
PLTNC hopes that you will be satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to offer a refund in the original form of payment, or exchange on all goods returned to us within seven days of receipt. All goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Personal care items as well as goods purchased at a retail location are not eligible for return or exchange via pltnc.com. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and fees. PLTNC will not be responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
